How Does the Personal Credit Restoration Process Work?

1Credit Report & Diagnosis of Credit Problem

Credit Report and Diagnosis

You will be required to provide us with your credit reports from all three credit bureaus, Equifax, Transunion, and Experian. We will send you a link that is secured where you would provide us with your information and upload needed documents.

Our funding consultant will carefully examine them and provide you with a deep analysis of your credit report, spotting all inaccurate information and the various factors that are negatively impacting your credit score and pulling them down. Our consultant will come up with a detailed personal credit restoration plan customized for your specific situation. These recommendations and the step-by-step improvement actionable plan will be discussed with you, to get you back on good footing with your credit rating.

We will give you a realistic fair estimate of how long it will take for you to see improvements and a turnaround in your credit score. On the average, many clients begin to see boost to their credit score within 45 to 60 days.

2Verification and Dispute of Misinformation

Credit Report Dispute

There are Federal and State laws in place to protect the consumer from inaccurate and unverifiable credit reporting. We assist you in enforcing these laws by challenging every piece of negative, inaccurate information or illegally filed derogatory information that are unjustly and negatively impacting your credit scores. We do this by first loading all the inaccurate, misleading, and unverifiable information into our system. We, then, begin the process of challenging each of these questionable information one after the other with the credit bureau, creditor, and collection agency.

We prepare dispute letters for each of them. For example, if there are 8 questionable accounts on your credit report falsely reporting to the 3 credit bureaus, we would carefully craft 24 unique dispute letters to hold each of the credit bureaus accountable to delete and remove each negative and inaccurate information from your report. Once the dispute letters are ready, we send them out to all the bureau and wait 35 to 45 days for updates. While we are working on your account, you can track your personal credit restoration progress anytime using our secured online portal. Each dispute cycle is about 35 to 45 days and most of our clients get the most benefit after 3 to 4 dispute cycles.

3Negotiation and Elimination of Delinquencies

Once the updated credit reports come back from the bureau, we will analyze the updates for any changes to the inaccurate, misleading, and unverifiable information. If there are changes, we will update your file and then move on to the next inaccurate, misleading, and unverifiable item. If the item comes back verified with no change, we will then follow up with the credit bureaus to try to get a resolution on why the inaccurate information is still on the credit report. Some verified accounts may require negotiation with the creditors to either remove the account or bring it to active status from delinquency. We will be there with you with time-tested negotiation techniques that will help you settle with creditor for far less than the original owed amount.
